Make Yourself a Priority in Boston at AAO!

Put on your own oxygen mask first before you help others.” We've all heard this during in-flight safety instructions, but have you ever thought about what that means?
If you don't take care of your own needs, you won't be able to help anyone else. “Anyone else” means your patients, your staff, your family, your volunteer organization, or anyone else who depends on you.
Making yourself a priority is easier said than done. Come hear and share stories about how choices can make your professional and personal experience the best it can be.
Optometry leaders such as Drs. Christine Sindt, Louise Sclafani, Glenda Secor, Jenny Smythe, and more will share what works for them. We want to hear how you put yourself first, too, and you can win a prize by doing so!
Join Women of Vision at the American Academy of Optometry meeting to learn how to put yourself first....professionally and personally.
