If you don't take care of your own needs, you won't be able to help anyone else. “Anyone else” means your patients, your staff, your family, your volunteer organization, or anyone else who depends on you.

Making yourself a priority is easier said than done. Come hear and share stories about how choices  can make your professional and personal experience the best it can be.

Optometry leaders such as Drs. Christine Sindt, Louise Sclafani, Glenda Secor, Jenny Smythe, and more will share what works for them. We want to hear how you put yourself first, too, and you can win a prize by doing so!
